Acceso

Pedir copia de los datos que tenemos sobre usted y de quién los ha consultado.

Rectificación

Corregir un dato inexacto. Un dato clínico se corrige con nota del profesional, sin borrar el original.

Cancelación

Pedir la supresión cuando no exista una obligación legal de conservar el expediente.

Oposición y cómo ejercerlos

Oponerse a un uso concreto de sus datos. Entre en el portal del paciente, sección Privacidad y derechos, y envíe la solicitud; recibirá respuesta con constancia.

Rectification

Correct inaccurate data. Clinical data is corrected by a professional note, never by deleting the original.
